The Full Story
Hello Everyone!
My name is Emma, and I have a deep passion for health and wellness. I believe God created our bodies with incredible purpose and the ability to thrive when we nourish and care for them properly. My mission is to help people build sustainable habits that support strength, energy, and long-term health.
Health and fitness have always been a part of my life. I was an athlete growing up and continued competing in track throughout all four years of college. Through sports, I developed a strong foundation in movement, discipline, and the importance of taking care of your body.
However, my perspective on health changed dramatically during my senior year of college.
Just one month before the year began, I found out that my best friend had been diagnosed with cancer. It was something none of us could understand. He was young, active, and appeared healthy by every standard we typically think of. Watching someone so close to me go through a battle that difficult was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life.
For two years, I watched him fight with incredible strength.
During that time, I found myself asking deeper questions about what health truly means. I realized that health is about more than appearance or fitness alone — it is about supporting our bodies in the best way we can so we can live fully and intentionally.
That experience ultimately changed the direction of my life.
I felt a strong calling to pursue a path where I could help others prioritize their health and take control of the habits that shape their lives. I enrolled in a health coaching program and also became a Certified Personal Trainer so that I could support people both through movement and through sustainable lifestyle change.
Today, through Emma DeVore Coaching, my goal is to help people build strength, confidence, and lasting wellness through practical, realistic habits that fit their lives.
Because true health isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency, purpose, and taking care of the body we’ve been given.
